Unlike some agents in the Melton area, Mark gave me a realistic valuation. He didn’t say it was worth a lot more than the market would bear and then weekly come back recommending I lower my price. It sold in 3 months for the listed price, so clearly not a fire-sale.
Mark is very approachable and kept me up-to-date with more info than my conveyancer. I was able to negotiate a fee that worked for both of us.
