5.0 I was incredibly lucky to find Lachlan as my agent I was a newbie when it came to property and Lachlan was so helpful, he has a wealth of knowlege and explained the process from start to finish. He rang me every day to tell me what he was doing and what was happening. No question was silly or unimportant, He was very punctual and professional. Lachlan made an extremely emtotional and worrying time very easy for me. I could not recommend him high enough.

5.0 Lachlan was a pleasure to work with, he was knowledgeable of the area and market and was always quick to listen to and respond to our queries. He was helpful with advice when getting my parents home ready for sale and even put us in contact with great suppliers and trades. Lachlan walked us through the sales/auction process, explaining each step and making sure we were kept fully informed of progress along the way.
