Honestly, what can I say? Jessica Lane (property manager) has been absolutely amazing. She is honest, reliable, has a sense of humour, and takes her work seriously.. she has made our move extremely smooth, especially when I had some health issues and needed the keys sooner, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Always prompt with maintenance and other issues… truth be told, it’s extremely hard to find decent property managers around here, and many can learn a thing or two from Jess. 5.0 Lachlan was superb in getting our property sold. He was on the ball from the word go and kept us informed all along. He was great in dealing with the tenant and excellent in negotiating with the prospective buyers, which got us a better price than expected and a sale in record time (within one week).
