With the COVID restrictions easing, currently both Rental and Sale inspections are allowed to go ahead providing they are private inspections.
There is still a hold on all open inspections, but private inspections can have up to 10 people attending, providing all covid safe procedures are followed.
During all inspections you will need to require for full details on a COVID19 declaration form – ensuring that you have no symptoms, have not been exposed to anyone that has COVID and have not traveled in the last 14 days.
We also retain these forms to ensure we have a history of all contact – in the event there is a COVID contact case, we will be able to contact you to ensure you are tested.
As per government restrictions, all attendees will require a government approved face mask.
We also provide hand sanitizer at appointments which we ask you use before coming into the house.
Hopefully we are at the final stretch with these restrictions, we hope being extra safe during this time will allow us to get back to normal quicker.
