Melton July was a great month for our property managers. Kept on their toes, busy doing opens and private appointments, they were productive enough to get their average days on market for vacant properties down to 2.5 days!
They also leased out 5 properties before they were even advertised. This comes with creating relationships with good tenants and finding out what they are after in a rental property.
