The Melton City Council are consistently organising new events to enhance relationships within our community. These events give community members from all walks of life, to engage with each other and to create a friendly atmosphere within the Melton area.
Upcoming in the month of August are many events that anyone can be involved in!
On Tuesday the 6th of August at 10:30am, there will be an event at the Melton Library and Learning Hub, called ‘Tech Circle’. ‘Tech Circle’ gives those over the age of 18, a chance to discuss their tech experiences and favourite apps, over morning tea. There’s no cost associated with the event, but bookings are essential, so get in quick!

Another event being held at the Melton Library and Learning Hub, are ‘Family Science Week Activities’, on Monday the 12th of August at 6:00pm. This event is suitable for all ages, and free of charge! Book now to ensure that you secure your spot!

Throughout the month of August, the Melton City Council has teamed up with The Lost Dog’s Home, to run an event for those who are unable to afford to get their cats desexed. The event is at a cost of $80 and includes a complimentary microchip and animal registration with the Melton Council. To secure your spot, please ensure you book in for the event on any of the three dates available; Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd.

On Wednesday the 21st of August at 3:30pm, there will be an international movie screening, free of charge and with complimentary popcorn and refreshments! Book in your spot to view an international movie at the Melton Library and Learning Hub.
