Last Saturday a healthy crowd made their way to 25-27 Henry Street in Melton for the much anticipated auction. Starting at an opening bid of $400,000 and working it’s steadily up to a sold price of $605,000, which certainly exceeded the vendor’s expectations.
It was a fantastic auction, a great day and all parties involved were extremely happy and satisfied with the sales result.
