Ryder Real Estate’s Rental Department gained attention last week for all of the right reasons, when it was announced that the team ranked number one in Victoria for property management growth from the period of July – September this year.

A huge congratulations to Managing Director Jayson Ryder, Senior Property Manager Chloe Lord and the team, as their dedication, hard work and brilliant customer service skills led them to this fantastic milestone. Good work guys!

Another very special mention goes to Sales Agent Jarrod Cook, who came third in the ‘Top New Sales Agent’ category. This included agents from all over Victoria.

Jarrod has excelled this year in his new role which enabled him to focus particularly on the sales department. His natural ability to communicate efficiently with clients has certainly aided him in his outstanding achievements this year. Well done Jarrod!
